When the items offered do not correspond to the clients’ choice, MASSILIA-DIAMANT can, at no cost, search for gemstones or pearls. For each type of gemstone desired, clients can go to the section “research” and log in with the usual form. They can then select on the drop-down menu the various gemstone or pearl criteria : shape, weight, colour, quality, origin, size and budget. They can enter a comment in the “dialogue box” and submit their search request. In return, a confirmation e-mail will be sent.
